6th December 2006 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: W Wind Stength: 30 knots Surf / Sea State: 3 foot messy surf Air Temperature: 10ºC Sea Temperature: 12ºC Weather: Cloudy Max Speed: Distance Covered: I can't believe it is already the 6th of a very windy Decemenr and this is the first time I've been out this month... Work Schmurk! AndyW turned up and twisted my arm though so off we went to the beach. Armed with my Naish Hybrid and 4.5m sail in perfect, really steady 30 knot winds everything was just right. Lots of nice jumps, lots of nice gybes and some really good speed runs in between. Wore my boots for the first time this year so my footstraps needed a little adjusting but everything else was just perfect. Andy was getting on well out there too and is now looking pretty comfortable when out in the waves and windy conditions. More of the same tomorrow, but maybe with my 4m! |
